The major challenge in recruitment is not to find candidates, but to find good candidates. Our recruitment site guarantees a fair recruitment process. You have the possibility to submit your application and follow-up on it.

Four steps to our recruitment process. On the one hand, it allows us to appreciate your areas of expertise and especially your experience, but it is also an opportunity to discuss what you bring and what we can accomplish together.

A Four step process

- 1°/ Pre-qualification of your apllication : you have applied and your profile has caught our attention. You can be contacted to take an aptitude test. If you have sent an unsolicited application, your file will be kept in our database for future opportunities.

- 2°/ Your meeting with a recruiter: This is the opportunity to highlight your skills, your experience, your motivations in order to allow us to know you better.

- 3°/ Your meeting with managers: you meet the business and operational managers of the department where the vacancy occurs.

- 4°/ Formalizing the terms of our collaboration: If your profile is validated in point 3, your recruiter makes you an offer. If you accept it, your contract will be signed with the Human Resources department.

Successful integration

An integration training seminar organized by the Rawbank Academy allows our new colleagues to be integrated and to internalize the values and culture of our Bank.

At the Rawbank Academy, you will follow training modules given by our internal trainers as well as operational managers of the different business lines.

This integration period lasts more or less a month in order to familiarize yourself with the Rawbank culture. It will also give you the tools you need to start your new position.

How to apply?

- Start by creating your account by clicking on "I create a candidate space" section. A confirmation email will be sent to your mailbox.

- Enter your username and password in the "I already have a candidate space" section to log in.

- Fill in your profile by completing each option. You can attach a file, i.e. a CV or a cover letter not exceeding 1,000 Kb.

- You have the possibility to apply for offers that match your profile or submit an unsolicited application.
